Witches Cauldron | Hidden Gem in Wales

Updated: Mar 5

Enjoy Pembrokeshire coast as some of it's most dramatic: the Witches Cauldron is a large sink hole that doesn't appear much as you approach it from the car park, but as you get nearer the geology becomes more visible.

You'll be surprised to see how many people bypass this hidden gem on the coastal path for the more known stack rocks and the green bridge. Also, did you know you can kayak at the Witches Cauldron? You must check tide times though before attempting to do so.

Easily missed, but well worth a visit. The Cauldron is located around 50metres from the main coast path. Visitors must take care as the drop into The Cauldron is very sudden and sheer. – Google Review

Overall, Witches Cauldron is a brilliant place to walk with loads of outstanding points of natural beauty to see. Since you're close to the edge, please keep safe! Oh and also be careful that you don't wander into the army base area nearby!
