An exciting brand new event is coming to the UK this summer, and you can get there on one of the most scenic train journey routes in the UK!
This fascinating festival is due to take place across three days and will have many cool things going on; such as live entertainment, crowd performers, live entertainment plus the all important hot air balloon displays!
You won't have to worry about where to eat or drink either, as there will be plenty of food and drink stalls serving throughout the three days, keeping everybody entertained all day long!
And for all those wondering, this event is called The Northumberland Balloon Festival, and is due to take place for the first time in July! Visitors can expect to see hot air balloons take to the skies in the North East for three days, along with several other ground-level attractions.
Similiar hot air balloon festivals have since proven to be popular across the UK, with London, Yorkshire, Bristol and Cheshire hosting their very own hot air balloon based events.
Earlier this year, it was announced that over 20 hot air balloons will be heading to Tynedale Park in Northumberland this summer.
The organisers of the Northumberland Balloon Festival have said they plan to target the whole of Northumberland, and that locals have already told them that they cant wait to attend.
The Northumberland Balloon Festival is due to take place between the 12th-14th July, and tickets are now on sale and cost £5 for the Friday, £15 for the Saturday and £10 for the Sunday.
