We have picked 10 of some of our favourite cabins scattered across Snowdonia which are perfect for a cute weekend getaway. Majority of these cabins sleep 2 people, but some do offer multiple cabins for a group getaway.

Nestled on an old quarry track within the Dyfi Valley hillside, amongst giant redwoods and pine trees you will find Little Kestrel Cabin.


Sitting on the footprint of an old Welsh Lime Kiln, you are treated to panoramic views along the valley, towards the beautiful beaches of Aberdovey, just 6 miles away. Walk 5 minutes along the track and pop out on the Dyfi river, lambs and rolling hills surround you.


Douglas Fir-clad walls and an eclectic mix of leather, linen, pine and velvet come together to make a cosy, relaxed stay. The Welsh slate topped sink and hand painted units create a wonderful welcome to this delightful cabin.

Abbey Farm Rhuddlan Glamping

Gwyn, our stylish deluxe glamping pod on the hill sleeps two. It has a shower room and small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, hob and microwave and everything you would need to prepare a simple meal.


There is comfortable seating, and a breakfast bar with stools. Outside there is a private deck with fire pit and amazing views of the estuary. You are provided with towels and bedding for your stay.

This property offers ground-floor living in the form of a studio-style layout with a double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area; there is also a shower room. The kitchen features a gas oven and hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer.


There is also a TV and WiFi for entertainment. Outside there is one off-road parking space. This property enjoys gas central heating which is included in the rent, along with power, bed linen and towels.


Sorry, no pets, children or smoking allowed here. A shop rests 2.9 miles away and a pub is within 0.1 mile, as it is on-site.

The Mawddach Cabin is situated in an elevated position above the famous Mawddach estuary in the Snowdonia National Park.


A short 2 minute walk up a hill will take you to the Mawddach Cabin. The hot tub is situated on decking overlooking the estuary. Outside seating is provided. There is access to a private beach.


Pets allowed. The Mawddach Cabin is very private and is only a 3-4mile drive to the seaside town of Barmouth.

"Gwdihw Cwt" - The Owl Hut is set in mature woodland close to the Mawddach Estuary. The Hut is made from wood grown right here in Wales and insulated with the the wool from Welsh mountain sheep.


It features an ensuite shower room, kitchen with induction hob and microwave combination oven. The cosy 4 foot small double bed features a luxurious memory foam matress.


There is free wifi and a Smart TV. Outdoors there is a Barbecue and our handmade woodland table and bench seats for Alfesco dining.

Welcome to Wnion Wood lodge in Brithdir, near Dolgellau. This two bedroom home has a cosy log burner in the front room where you can relax if the weather takes a turn, and we have a infrared sauna room with plenty of room for two people, great for soothing sore muscles after a day exploring the local area.
